DOVE HB works with other agencies to provide a coordinated response to family violence. It provides support and education programmes for women who are or have experienced family violence and Stopping Violence programmes for men who have offended. Support and advocacy services are provided for people who are or have experienced family violence. Services are also offered to youth who have witnessed or been victims of family violence. Social work services are also offered to young offenders. DOVE HB has a Pacifica Family Violence Service working with those affected by violence in their first languages.

The Atomic Events Centre was set up in conjunction with the Hastings District Council out of a desperate need for a safe, drug & alcohol free, youth friendly venue for the youth of Hawkes Bay. We have been operating for over 10 years and are annually working with around 50,000 young people. The Centre hosts a range of facilities including indoor skate park, café, basketball court, indoor sports centre, playstations/Xboxes, table tennis, air hockey and a dance studio. We run holiday programmes, skate clubs, girls groups, dance parties, sports club and concerts with local and national artists. The Centre is also available for private bookings for school groups, sports teams, birthday parties etc.
