Council interact and engage with youth (aged from 12 to 24 years) through the Youth Council of Napier and with other youth and many service providers, schools, training organisations, community and social workers, central government agencies to share and discuss issues, ideas, activities and events about and for youth.
This website hopes to help provide information for the young people of Napier. The Youth Council of Napier help to shape this website by sharing their views and current issues that the youth are facing.

We get to organise events like dance parties and concerts for the Napier Youth. Last year we had Goodnight Nurse come and play and we get to have our own input in things going on in the community. I like being on the youth council because I get to make Napier a better place for young people and we get really nice food!
